I enjoy making a difference by delivering solid results in all aspects of graphic design, marketing and office administration. The world of graphic design and marketing is always advancing and developing exciting new ways of communication. I enjoy applying my design/marketing communication skills to my knowledge of customer service, which also engages my skills in office administration.
Eight years ago I graduated from Fanshawe College in London, ON taking the three-year Graphic Design Program. After year one, I began working with clients and assisting them to reach their design goals via marketing, web, print and motion. In addition to working with my clients, I'm also working in a marketing environment assisting with all aspects of graphic design including social media. The solid skill sets I have learned at Fanshawe, running my own business and working as a graphic designer gives me the edge I need to assist my clients and employers in all their design and business needs.
A Little More About Me:
I was born in London, Ontario. In my mid-twenties I moved to Vancouver, BC and lived there for almost 11 years. During that time I returned to London in 2001 (for one year) and received Presidential Honours at Westervelt College for the six month Interior Decorating Program. I then started my own furniture redesign business 'TansyWaySide' and had much success in Vancouver selling redesigned furniture and accessories to the community via my website, word of mouth and local stores. Additionally, I assisted people with their design process by reworking pieces of furniture to fit into the decor of their homes.
